This time the flavor of the day did not distract me. My sixth concrete mixer was vanilla, raspberry, and cheesecake pieces. White chocolate raspberry cheesecake is one of the most popular cheesecakes. Why not try to replicate it with a concrete mixer.
The first thing I tasted was the raspberry. I am a big raspberry fan, so I would have been happy with just raspberry ice cream. Then, came the cheesecake pieces, which complemented the sweetness of the raspberries. I believe it could have used some more cheesecake pieces. Either not enough were put in or the majority got mixed into the ice cream. Overall, it was really good.
