Pumpkin Cheesecake
My third concrete mixer was pumpkin cheesecake. It is fall and Culvers was offering some pumpkin flavored treats. For the past couple of years, I have made a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving, which has been a big hit. As a result, I decided to try it as a concrete mixer.
It was good. Just the right mix of spices and pumpkin. The cheesecake pieces add some good flavor. Overall, not as good as the real thing.
