Recently, I came across Cody and Robyn's Concreations blog which they started June of last year. What a great idea to search for the best mix-in combination! The only thing is they were only able to post one mix-in combination. I would like to take their idea and run with it. Culver's Concrete Mixers begin with either vanilla or chocolate custard. Normally, one or two mix-ins are then added. The mix-ins are: almond, blueberry, Butterfinger, butterscotch, cashew, chocolate chip cookie dough, Reese's Pieces, Oreo, hot caramel, hot fudge, marshmallow, Heath, peach, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, peanut butter, cherry, rasperberry, M&M, Snickers, strawberry, pecan, peanuts, brownie, Nestle Crunch, sprinkles, cheesecake pieces, pie crust, and Kit Kat.
Here are the combinations that I believe would be really good:
- Vanilla, Marshmallow, Hot Fudge
- Vanilla, Banana, Snickers
- Vanilla, Hot Caramel, Cashew
- Vanilla, Banana, Heath
- Chocolate, Marshmallow, Peanuts
- Vanilla, Raspberry, Cheesecake Pieces
- Chocolate, Banana, Coconut
- Vanilla, Coconut, Pie Crust
- Vanilla, Cookie Dough, Butterscotch
- Vanilla, Banana, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup
- Vanilla, Hot Caramel, Brownie Pieces
- Vanilla, Brownie Pieces, Cookie Dough
- Vanilla, Strawberry, Banana
